REIR ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der sich um verschiedene Projekte mit Kindern, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, kümmert, insbesondere in Katalonien. Wir versuchen, mit Projekten wie Anlaufstellen und Prävention mit dem Kinderhilfswerk eine umfassende Antwort, Schutz und Unterstützung zu bieten. Es werden Schulstipendien für Kinder finanziert, die von Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Aktuell gibt es ein solches Teaming-Stipendium und demnächst werden wir zwei solcher Stipendien anbieten.

There, we are witnessing extreme levels of acute malnutrition, the most serious example to date of the nutritional crisis that has been ravaging Sudan since the start of the war.

Abril is a 9-year-old girl diagnosed with SPG52, with only 55 diagnoses in the world. SPG52 is an ultra-rare disease that causes very serious symptoms such as severe intellectual disability, epileptic seizures and very rapid muscle degradation in the lower body. Abril started walking when she was 3 years old and now at 9 she can hardly move anymore.

Since the conflict began in 2022, we formed this group to support Ukrainians impacted by the war. Nearly three years later, they still need our help. Syria is at a crucial turning point in its recent history after the fall of the Al-Assad regime, with many challenges still ahead. 14 years of conflict have left 7 mill. people internally displaced and 16 mill. in need of humanitarian assistance. With increasing movements of Syrian refugee families returning to the country with minimal resources, a critical socio-economic situation and a winter that further complicates the situation, immediate assistance is urgently needed to protect them.

Nearly 12 years of war in Syria have left a country devastated, and worse, millions of lives destroyed. But now a devastating earthquake of magnitude 7.6 hits the northwest of the country and the southeast of Turkey on February 6, leaving more than 4,000 lives in both countries. From the Islamic Relief Foundation we are on the ground providing cash grants so that those most affected can meet their immediate needs.

More than 620 patients and their families suffer intestinal failure in Spain. This pathology prevents them from feeding and hydrating themselves naturally. Therefore, they depend on a pump that administers the necessary nutrients intravenously and, sometimes, they need a transplant of up to 6 organs to survive. Alba is an inteligent funny and amusing girl. Although we well could say “was”, as a terrible tragic accident happened on fateful march 21st 2016. A relative, who was in a shock due to an epileptic attack, let Alba fall from a third floor. Alba saved her life, but a strong brain damage remains on her. Now, we have a long neurorehabilitation process left ahead to see how much she can recover and become herself again a bit. Help us!

Wir haben eine große Herausforderung: ein spezielles Zentrum zur Behandlung von Krebs im Kindesalter zu schaffen. Unser Ziel ist es, die Heilungschancen zu erhöhen und eine ganzheitliche und persönliche Betreuung zu bieten, die niemanden aus finanziellen Gründen ausschließt. Das Zentrum wird jedes Jahr 400 neue Kinder aufnehmen und soll u.a. über 40 Zimmer 8 TPH-Kameras und 20 externe Konsultationen anbieten. Wir hoffen, dass es im 2019 Realität wird - wir brauchen die Hilfe aller.

Die Juegaterapia-Stiftung, wurde mit dem Ziel gegründet, das Leben von Kindern in Krankenhäusern erträglicher zu machen. Wir sammeln gebrauchte Konsolen und Videospiele und verteilen sie in Kinderonkologien in Krankenhäusern in ganz Spanien. Juegaterapia führt in Spanien auch ein Pionierprojekt durch: stillgelegte Dächer von Krankenhäusern werden begehbar gemacht und in Gärten verwandelt, damit alle kranken Kinder im Freien in einer grünen und fröhlichen Umgebung spielen können.

Anita tenía 2 años cuando le diagnosticaron cáncer. Ainara nació el 21 de noviembre de 2015, a las 10:03h. Pesó 1,030kg. Estuvo a punto de morir 2 veces y tuvo que pasar sus primeros 5 meses de vida en el hospital. Ainara tiene atrofia cerebral, epilepsia, hipotiroidismo, hipotonia (falta de tono muscular), su cuerpo no fabrica cortisol ni hormona del crecimiento y padece un retraso psicomotor severo. Ainara realiza fisioterapia en casa para intentar que consiga llegar lo más lejos posible pero necesita tu ayuda para continuar. ¿La ayudas?
