The main objective of the Foundation is to offer a safe home to the orphaned children of Ansé -à-Pitres, the poorest area in the southeast of Haiti, and free schooling, also open to children without resources in the area. 100% of the donations are destined to the achievement of these two objectives. Currently we offer work to more than 25 locals, home to more than 50 children and schooling to more than 120. Abril is a 8-year-old girl diagnosed with SPG52, with only 55 diagnoses in the world. SPG52 is an ultra-rare disease that causes very serious symptoms such as severe intellectual disability, epileptic seizures and very rapid muscle degradation in the lower body. Abril started walking when she was 3 years old and now at 8 she can hardly move anymore.

Jorge sufrió una transfusión feto-fetal de su hermano gemelo Cristian a las 36 semanas de embarazo, lo que le produjo una anemia severa. Cristian no tuvo tanta suerte y murió. Tras 17 días en la UCI, parecía que Jorge iba evolucionando bien, pero con el tiempo le diagnosticaron una parálisis cerebral. Desde entonces le hemos estado ayudando con muchas terapias y aparatos ortopédicos. Tenemos un sueño: que pueda andar. ¿Nos ayudas a hacerlo posible con 1€/mes?

We try to meet the vital needs of people living in extreme poverty.   At present hundreds of services are carried out daily in the Center and Social Dining Room and the Cas Vicari Family Assistance Center and Food Bank.   They are given shelter, breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, psychological attention, social technical attention, work orientation and a decent place where they can normalize their situation.   Tel. 637634232 - 610046105

Syria is at a crucial turning point in its recent history after the fall of the Al-Assad regime, with many challenges still ahead. 14 years of conflict have left 7 mill. people internally displaced and 16 mill. in need of humanitarian assistance. With increasing movements of Syrian refugee families returning to the country with minimal resources, a critical socio-economic situation and a winter that further complicates the situation, immediate assistance is urgently needed to protect them.

En Fundación Caná nos ocupamos de personas con discapacidad intelectual y sus familias, favoreciendo su desarrollo e integración social con formación, terapia y ocio. En nuestro centro de Pozuelo atendemos a más de 200 personas (50 asisten diariamente). Organizamos talleres entre semana y planes de ocio los fines de semana y en verano. Con 1.000 € mes podemos atender diariamente a un chic@ con parálisis cerebral, con 600 € le llevamos a un camp. de verano y con 30 € le damos una sesión de fisio.

Al Sur de Etiopía, en una región rural y con muy pocos recursos económicos, se encuentra el Hospital de Gambo, hospital misionero que ofrece asistencia sanitaria a todos los habitantes de la región e incluso recibe a las personas más pobres de zonas alejadas al tratarse de uno de los hospitales más baratos del país. La población padece desnutrición severa, deshidratación, malaria, tuberculosis, sida, neumonía, meningitis, y son los niños la población más vulnerable y afectada.
