This group was brought about to help the food banks. The idea is simple: if you join us, for each euro donated each month, the Occident Foundation will donate another to buy food, up to a maximum of 100.000 euros, while the unemployment rate remains higher than 15%.

Protectora Doggy, Somos una protectora pequeña, que nació en 2014, gestionada por tres personas con muchas ilusiones puestas para luchar contra el abandono, centrándonos en la ciudad de Sevilla. Con apoyo de voluntarios que nos ayudan con la difusión de nuestros doggys, pero Protectora Doggy no tiene sitio físico, por ello la necesidad de, con vuestra ayuda, hacer frente a gastos veterinarios, alimentación y residencias. "Progatos CR" (former Ciudad Real Felina) is a group of girls who rescue abandoned cats in a particular way and help cases that reach them through diffusion, welcome and provide them veterinary attention and then find them good adopters for life. Having no help from the City Council, they need a lot of help to pay the vet. Cats are given to adopters that are dewormed, tested, vaccinated and sterilized. Thank you very much to everybody!

Nell’ospedale Sant Joan de Déu a Barcellona abbiamo lanciato una sfida: creare un centro specializzato per curare il cancro infantile. L’obiettivo è incrementare le cure e offrire un percorso completo e personalizzato, che non discrimini per motivi economici. Il centro ospiterà 400 bambini ogni anno e avrà a disposizione 40 stanze, 8 stanze di isolamento, 30 stanze per diagnostica e 20 consulenze esterne. Il centro è in fase di costruzione, abbiamo bisogno di voi per portare a termine la sfida!

With increasing movements of Syrian refugee families returning to the country with minimal resources, a critical socio-economic situation and a winter that further complicates the situation, immediate assistance is urgently needed to protect them.

Jorge sufrió una transfusión feto-fetal de su hermano gemelo Cristian a las 36 semanas de embarazo, lo que le produjo una anemia severa. Cristian no tuvo tanta suerte y murió. Tras 17 días en la UCI, parecía que Jorge iba evolucionando bien, pero con el tiempo le diagnosticaron una parálisis cerebral. GAB is an association that fights against the mistreatment and abandonment of the Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz. This breed is used for hunting and when they are "no longer useful" they are abandoned. It is the same problem as with galgos and podencos, except that the bodegueros are not such a well known breed. The money raised goes directly to pay for the dogs' homes, which cost 100 euros per month per dog, plus countless veterinary expenses. Every euro counts to keep saving dogs.

This group is created to help the many needs of Cal Lari, ADE’s "big" shelter. In it almost 50 horses and other animals live free. Gary, was rescued this summer of '22, a welsh pony condemned for malformation in its legs to starve and thirst in a cage of iron rods next to a road. After his rescue and hospital admission to the veterinary clinic, we have him recovering in Cal Lari. Keeping one horse a month is 200 € only in food.

Espai de Gats is a cat adoption centre in Barcelona where we work to find homes for adult cats, who unfortunately are more invisible in shelters and refuges.
