Es bietet allen Einwohnern der Region erschwingliche Gesundheitsversorgung und nimmt selbst die ärmsten Menschen aus entlegenen Gebieten auf. Die Bevölkerung leidet unter schwerer Unterernährung, Dehydration, Malaria, Tuberkulose, AIDS, Lungenentzündung, Meningitis usw. Und Kinder sind am stärksten gefährdet und am häufigsten betroffen.

Sono una volontaria che si occupa quotidianamente di più di 80 gatti randagi situati in due colonie a Bagnoli (Na) e a Pozzuoli. Mi occupo di sfamarli, sterilizzarli e dare loro cure veterinarie quando serve. Oltre a ciò, recupero cuccioli sul territorio, li accudisco, li porto dal veterinario per le cure di cui hanno bisogno e cerco loro adozione. Chiedo un piccolo supporto a tutti gli amanti di animali e gatti, perchè da sola non riesco più ad assicurare loro tutto quanto serve.

Ed è lì che è maturata la "folle" idea di essere una goccia nel mare, di creare un piccolo rifugio dove poter accogliere animali altrimenti destinati allo sfruttamento ed alla sofferenza.

Mirtillo e Scatenato sono due vitelli di un anno e un anno e mezzo che sono diventati migliori amici dopo essersi liberati da un allevamento che li teneva a catena e che li avrebbe mandati al macello. Questa adozione collettiva sosterrà direttamente le spese veterinarie e di alimentazione per Scatenato e Mirtillo nella loro nuova casa in Abruzzo, Oasi Verde Santuario! Insieme possiamo stare al loro fianco quotidianamente, perché la vera liberazione prende forma nella cura.
