Ohana means family in the hawaian language. Our family includes 150 (human and non-human) animals. Everyone has his/her story of liberation, own name and personality Ohana was funded in 2016 in Empoli (Tuscany) when Letizia and Luigi sold all their belongings to buy a land and give shelter to animals saved from explotation and slaughterhouse. The Animal Sanctuary Capra Libera Tutti is a place where animals which are usually considered as products are saved from exploitation and slaughter and find refuge. About 400 animals live in complete freedom, here they are not considered neither ingredients nor products. For their maintenance, for medical care and for the preservation of the facilities, constant help is needed to ensure that this place can continue to exist and resist. The total costs exceed 250 euros per day.

At Rifugio Miletta over 200 animals find freedom and peaceful life, living together in peace and harmony, coming from situations of hardship, suffering, and slavery. Rifugio Miletta is also a Wild Live Rescue Center. The costs are enormous and to continue we need help from all people sensitive to animal rights.

Founded by famous Dr. Jane Goodall (Messenger of Peace of the UN and Prince of Asturias Award), the IJG is a non-profit organization in the conservation, rescue and rehabilitation of orphan chimpanzees in Africa (visit www.janegoodall.es). Santuario vegan antispecista per animali liberi. Il nostro rifugio si basa sulla libertà dell’individuo e vuole essere un luogo fisico dove gli animali hanno la possibilità di esprimersi senza vincoli o costrizioni e di vivere in totale armonia con la loro natura. Qui gli animali non devono più “produrre”, ma gestiscono il loro tempo come meglio desiderano, riappropiandosi della propria esistenza e liberandosi definitivamente dai vincoli che la società attuale impone loro.

The Alma Libre refuge welcomes individuals freed from breeding, lagher, slaughterhouses and mistreatment, who receive here the opportunity to express themselves and to be able to communicate with their fellowmen, to live a dignified life. The individuals we care for often have physical problems and we have to resort to veterinary care or rehabilitation, most of the time very expensive. Help us to go on, your help is precious!

It was December 2014 and we were a group of friends who volunteered at the Parcocanile Vitadacani in Arese. One evening we found ourselves talking about a news that had saddened us very much: a homeless man had died frozen in Milan, in total indifference. From a shared thought, we felt the need to do something also for human beings in difficulty and so we came up with the idea: to prepare vegan meals, hot drinks and bring them to homeless people.

La WEA-F (Wild Exotic Animal Foundation) supporta Istituzioni che svolgono attività di ricerca e assistenza a favore degli animali non convenzionali, selvatici e domestici. In particolare sostiene le attività del CANC (Centro Animali Non Convenzionali) di Grugliasco (TO), unico referente per la fauna selvatica in difficoltà ritrovata nel territorio di Città Metropolitana di Torino (CMT). Annualmente vengono curati e gestiti oltre 3600 selvatici grazie a un esiguo contributo di CMT e donazioni.

The group was created to raise funds for about seventy "I Ginetti" stray cats and 12 abandoned dogs, looked after for years, with love, by their mother Gloria. We are always in an emergency, the money for food and veterinary care is never enough. We need your support. Just 1 euro per month is enough ❤️

Il Rifugio accoglie animali provenienti dallo sfruttamento umano la cui breve esistenza è destinata a cessare all'interno di un mattatoio. Oltre a restituirgli la libertà negata, l'intento del rifugio è quello di mettere in contatto le persone con gli animali rifugiati e divulgare la cultura del rispetto dei loro diritti, quali individui senzienti, di giustizia verso ogni essere vivente.
