Somos una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que reparte unas 400 cenas a la semana a personas sin techo y/o en riesgo de exclusión social. Cada persona voluntaria cocina o prepara bocadillos en su casa. No disponemos de financiación alguna así que el dinero que recauda la asociación se destina a la compra de servilletas y cubiertos, alquiler de un trastero, mantenimiento de la furgoneta que usamos para recoger donaciones puntuales, seguro de responsabilidad civil y de la furgoneta, etc.

Al Sur de Etiopía, en una región rural y con muy pocos recursos económicos, se encuentra el Hospital de Gambo, hospital misionero que ofrece asistencia sanitaria a todos los habitantes de la región e incluso recibe a las personas más pobres de zonas alejadas al tratarse de uno de los hospitales más baratos del país. La población padece desnutrición severa, deshidratación, malaria, tuberculosis, sida, neumonía, meningitis, y son los niños la población más vulnerable y afectada.

We are a family from Spain. Our son Mateo, has a genetic mutation in the NEK8 gene, considered ultra rare, that is damaging his organs. When he was 9 months old, he had a liver transplant and when he was 3 years old, a kidney transplant. In a future he could need a heart transplant, also. There is a research team that can help him to stop his illness but they need funding (€62,000). Your contribution can save him.
