Al Sur de Etiopía, en una región rural y con muy pocos recursos económicos, se encuentra el Hospital de Gambo, hospital misionero que ofrece asistencia sanitaria a todos los habitantes de la región e incluso recibe a las personas más pobres de zonas alejadas al tratarse de uno de los hospitales más baratos del país. La población padece desnutrición severa, deshidratación, malaria, tuberculosis, sida, neumonía, meningitis, y son los niños la población más vulnerable y afectada.

Two-thirds of the 1,800 people who each year learn they have MS are under the age of 40; three out of four of them are women. GAEM promotes research into treatments for this disease, and seeks to improve the quality of life of affected people and their families. As hungry people continue to flee the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in El Fasher, our teams are providing urgent care to those who have managed to reach the town of Tawila. There, we are witnessing extreme levels of acute malnutrition, the most serious example to date of the nutritional crisis that has been ravaging Sudan since the start of the war.

In Senegal, hundreds of children walk more than 5 km to attend class, they get up very early to walk without barely having breakfast. When their classes end they must take the same route. This group has the purpose of helping Bicicletas sin Fronteras, creator of a school bicycle transportation system. Every 240 euros we raise will be used to sponsor a Baobike, which allows students in rural areas of Senegal to go to school with equal opportunities.

This group has been established by Monika to support the school with currently 700 children and to ensure their education. It is our dream goal to get at least 3000 teamers, who would create a monthly financial base. As teamer you can contribute with the value of only one coffee less a month to help the children coming from one of the lowest social classes in India and create a brighter future for them.
