The SJD Pediatric Center is the first monographic centre for paediatric oncology in Spain (2nd in Europe). 70% of the centre is devoted to care and 30% to research. It has the capacity to care for 400 children and youngsters. Its spaces are designed with the emotional well-being of the children and their families in mind. Our aim is that the children have more options to overcome cancer with less after-effects. Will you join us?

The researchers from the neonatology department at Clínico San Carlos Hospital are working with a medication that will reduce brain damage in premature babies and in those who suffered a brain infarction at birth. The results in animals so far have been excellent, but they have run out of funding to continue their work. Help them to continue! It’s vital! We need to be able to continue research to prevent brain damage in newborns. Thank you!

Padezco fuertes crisis de epilepsia, problemas de movilidad, dolores musculares e insomnio.Gracias a todas las aportaciones he realizado todo tipo de tratamientos en España y en EEUU. Since then, he has tirelessly fought against the disease and is now a remarkable example of perseverance: he has covered over 1,000 km in 17 marathons in his wheelchair.
