Hi! I'm Aitor and I'm almost 10 years old. When I was 2 years old, I choked on a sausage and got very sick. I went into cardiorespiratory arrest for more than 15 minutes and with a lack of oxygen to the brain. Now it's as if I had new one month, my little head has been damaged and I need help for everything, I can't see, talk, or move, I need a very expensive neurorehabilitation treatment and something else that I can't have, if you help me I promise to give you a smile.

An educational and artistic initiative for social inclusion. Xamfrà is a social and educational project that uses music and the performing arts to promote social inclusion in a very multicultural community. We work with people in vulnerable situations and at risk of social exclusion. Currently, 300 children and young people from 24 different countries are participating in our activities. Juegaterapia es una Fundación formada con un único objetivo: hacer más llevadera la vida de los niños en los hospitales. Recogemos todo tipo de consolas y videojuegos usados y los distribuimos en las zonas de oncología infantil de hospitales de toda España. Juegaterapia lleva a cabo una iniciativa pionera en España que recupera las azoteas en desuso de los hospitales y las convierte en jardines para que todos los niños ingresados puedan jugar al aire libre en un entorno verde y lúdico.

Since then, donations have been made in this group to assist them through harsh winters without heating or during the pandemic. Their situation is now even more critical after the earthquakes in February. Recursos Educatius per la Infància en Risc (REIR) es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que gestiona diferentes proyectos con infancia en riesgo de exclusión social, sobretodo en Cataluña. Intenta dar una respuesta integral, de protección, con proyectos como centros de acogida, y de prevención como el Servicio Integral al Menor, desde dinde se financian becas escolares para menores en riesgo de exclusión. Actualmente tenemos una Beca Teaming y el próximo curso ampliaremos a dos dichas becas.

A Osteogénese Imperfeita (OI) é um grupo de doenças hereditárias responsáveis por graus variados de fragilidade óssea. Um traumatismo minor é suficiente para causar fracturas e deformações ósseas. Geralmente é utilizada uma classificação em 5 tipos. A OI é causada por mutações nos genes COL1A1 ou COL1A2. A terapia com Pamidronato na infância é o tratamento mais extensamente estudado, tendo-se provado benéfico.

Alba is an inteligent funny and amusing girl. Although we well could say “was”, as a terrible tragic accident happened on fateful march 21st 2016. A relative, who was in a shock due to an epileptic attack, let Alba fall from a third floor. Alba saved her life, but a strong brain damage remains on her. Now, we have a long neurorehabilitation process left ahead to see how much she can recover and become herself again a bit. Help us!

Firefighters Help is an Association of Firefighters of Madrid that, seeing the serious situation that society is going through, seeks to help people and/or entities or associations in need with the strength of the group of firefighters. We are helping families in difficulty with shopping baskets, financing therapies for children with severe illnesses and collaborating in research in several hospitals. www.bomberosayudan.org
