Patas Callejeras was created in 2018 to share the daily adventures of a manager and her cats in a feline colony, where they are fed, sterilized, dewormed, and receive veterinary care. Although they don't live in a conventional home, the colony is their home, and they deserve the same rights, care, and affection. Together, we can make a difference in their well-being and future.

Can you imagine being afraid to hug your child? This is how the parents of Butterfly Children feel. A rare and incurable condition, which causes the skin to break with the slightest touch. DEBRA-BUTTERFLY CHILDREN CHARITY works to improve their quality of life. By joining this group you are giving them wings.

El Sindigato formed in 2018: 3 neighbours, driven to improve the lot of a local 30+ feral colony. Once the colony was stabilised through CER (2021), the scope broadened. Results to date: 200+ adoptions, 90+ sterilisations/interventions——Given the volume of work & new challenges in the barrio, from 2026 a sister asoc, Xé Gats, will focus on the street/CER, el Sindigato on fostering/adoptions ——Both groups continue caring for our beloved colony. Thanks to you all, we cover 50% of their food needs.

The small XÉ GATS team (sister non-profit to El Sindigato) has been working with the street cats of Valencia's Ciutat Vella since 2018, improving feline wellbeing thru TNR (trap-neuter-release) & controlled feeding. Besides looking after our fixed colony of 14+, we maintain feeding stations around the barrio to monitor & trap/rescue new cats: some displaced by building work, others abandoned by their owners. We also help fellow colony caretakers trap/create shelter. (19 sterilized in 2025).
