Im Süden Äthiopiens, in einer ländlichen Region mit sehr geringen wirtschaftlichen Ressourcen, befindet sich das Gambo-Missionskrankenhaus. Es bietet allen Einwohnern der Region erschwingliche Gesundheitsversorgung und nimmt selbst die ärmsten Menschen aus entlegenen Gebieten auf. Die Bevölkerung leidet unter schwerer Unterernährung, Dehydration, Malaria, Tuberkulose, AIDS, Lungenentzündung, Meningitis usw. Und Kinder sind am stärksten gefährdet und am häufigsten betroffen.

In the school canteen in Seduwa, in the Makalu Valley (Nepal), we provide meals to 30 boys and girls and offer fair employment to the cook, Chandra Mara. Additionally, we have renovated a hostel to accommodate these children who live far from the school, and we have initiated an eco-farm to supply it. REIR ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der sich um verschiedene Projekte mit Kindern, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, kümmert, insbesondere in Katalonien. Wir versuchen, mit Projekten wie Anlaufstellen und Prävention mit dem Kinderhilfswerk eine umfassende Antwort, Schutz und Unterstützung zu bieten. Es werden Schulstipendien für Kinder finanziert, die von Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Aktuell gibt es ein solches Teaming-Stipendium und demnächst werden wir zwei solcher Stipendien anbieten.

Maisha Roots is an NGO that combines the efforts of two entities, a Spanish one (Maisha Roots Spain) and a Tanzanian one (FYWCO), with the common goal of fostering development in Tanzania. Its origins are found in the local decision of establishing a prosperous community to achieve the development of the community where we work. In Arusha, Tanzania, the projects are developed and from Spain we are working to achieve the dissemination network and media that ensure us the pursuit of our objective.

OCC is a registered nonprofit organisation active in both Barcelona (Spain) and Polykastro (Greece), working towards the inclusion of refugees and migrants through educational and cultural activities. We work mainly with volunteers to offer language classes, technical workshops, sports activities, cultural events, and women and children’s support. Nuestra asociación recoge la experiencia de Mbaye Gil Sánchez (cofundador y presidente de Sunu Gaal), senegalés adoptado en Euskadi, que tuvo que jugarse la vida en patera para entrar en España siendo aún menor de edad. Nuestro principal objetivo es conseguir que ningún joven de Senegal tenga que pasar lo mismo para entrar a Europa.
