We give DRINKING WATER to families in Yemen who were displaced from their homes by 10 years of war. Yemen is the biggest humanitarian emergency on the planet and is suffering from a cholera epidemic and shocking infant mortality. Since the conflict began in 2022, we formed this group to support Ukrainians impacted by the war. Nearly three years later, they still need our help. Together with various organizations, including CEAR (the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid), we remain committed to supporting those who have come to Spain to build a new life.

As hungry people continue to flee the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in El Fasher, our teams are providing urgent care to those who have managed to reach the town of Tawila. There, we are witnessing extreme levels of acute malnutrition, the most serious example to date of the nutritional crisis that has been ravaging Sudan since the start of the war.

I'm Martin, they call me Tintin, I'm 4 years old. I was born with some malformations and one of them was a cleft lip, for which they operated on me when I was 3 months old. They had given my parents full assurance that it would be a simple operation, but something went wrong and I ended up in the Ucip with mechanical ventilation and deep sedation, and one day, they accidentally extubate me and I went into cardiorespiratory arrest for 15 min, and because of that accident I have cerebral palsy.

The SJD Pediatric Center is the first monographic centre for paediatric oncology in Spain (2nd in Europe). 70% of the centre is devoted to care and 30% to research. It has the capacity to care for 400 children and youngsters. Its spaces are designed with the emotional well-being of the children and their families in mind. Our aim is that the children have more options to overcome cancer with less after-effects. Will you join us?
