La Caseta dels Gats is a project that was born in Tarragona in September 2014. Our goal is to provide a safe place, care, food and affection to cats that are rescued from the street. Our space is available to animal protection associations with which we collaborate in the management and control of feline colonies. We do not want any cat to be on the street while looking for a home for him, but we need collaboration to bear veterinary and food costs.

Wir begannen 2007 für die grausame Behandlung und das schlechte Leben der Katzen unserer Stadt. Wir und nur 2 Personen und 9 Partner. Wir haben 1 kontrollierte Kolonien und wir haben etwa 250 Katzen adoptiert. Wir müssen, impfen, füttern, Tierarzt ... Molly´s Pack mainly takes care of neglected or abused horses, donkeys and ponies. MOLLY lived in the country without being able to shelter from the sun or cold. COLI arrived with a broken soul. After 25 years it was abandoned by its owner. However, the idea of an Association was born when we met the 2nd MOLLY, the pony. We found her with very serious injuries. We did everything we could including admitting her to the hospital. Unfortunately, Molly didn´t survive. DONK needed a home.

We are more than 1,600 volunteers and although our best known face is suicide intervention, our goal is to care for people in situations of emotional crisis: loneliness, depression, anxiety, life crisis, etc. Free of charge, we offer a 24-hour telephone GUIDANCE SERVICE, 365 days a year and FOLLOW-UP MONITORING with psychologists in those cases that need it. We teach WORKSHOPS about personal development for prevention and emotional education.
