Lapalomatriste est un refuge spécialement dédié aux pigeons. C'est le foyer de plusieurs centaines de pigeons bisets. Ils nous sont très souvent apportés blessés ou handicapés à vie. Nous adoptons et élevons à la main des pigeonneaux orphelins. Les pigeons sont les parias de la protection animale, ils ne peuvent compter que sur votre compassion! The Pirineu Zoo Foundation is a leading private wild animal rescue center in Catalonia. In 2023, we accomplished the successful reintegration of 282 animals back into their natural habitats. For those animals unable to be released, we provide lifelong care within our sanctuary. We invite you to unite with us in our cause. We are a non-profit NGO funded by donations. We focus on rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing sanctuary for birds. We handle around 2,000 inquiries and release an average of 250 birds annually. Many come from seizures, trafficking, abuse, and abandonment, and we give them a second chance.
