This association is a NO PROFIT organisation which takes care of stray dogs in the “ Locride”. It is financially supported by private donations. Its mission is to rescue, feed and nurse the dogs it takes care of. Every dog is chipped and, after obligatory healthcare treatment, is shown off for adoption

Ciao amici, sono Francesca, una volontaria Siciliana.. Esattamente di Menfi (AG) Ho 25 anni e da 12 anni dedico la vita agli animali. Ho un rifugio tutto mio, e i cani presenti in struttura sono circa 100. Ma ce ne sono tanti altri, che vengono seguiti e aiutati a condurre una vita discreta. come tanti sanno se posso continuare a salvare vite è grazie a chi mi sostiene! We are a group of animal rights volunteers from Syracuse (Sicily). We take care of the many emergencies in the area and we need your help in order to continue carrying out our volunteering activity. We are at the end of both physical and economic forces. Abandonments are on the agenda and we cannot cover everything by ourselves. The proceeds will be used to pay bills at veterinary clinics, food and the rent of a place to take care of the animals in need.

The Animal Sanctuary Capra Libera Tutti is a place where animals which are usually considered as products are saved from exploitation and slaughter and find refuge. About 400 animals live in complete freedom, here they are not considered neither ingredients nor products. For their maintenance, for medical care and for the preservation of the facilities, constant help is needed to ensure that this place can continue to exist and resist. The total costs exceed 250 euros per day.

Al Sur de Etiopía, en una región rural y con muy pocos recursos económicos, se encuentra el Hospital de Gambo, hospital misionero que ofrece asistencia sanitaria a todos los habitantes de la región e incluso recibe a las personas más pobres de zonas alejadas al tratarse de uno de los hospitales más baratos del país. La población padece desnutrición severa, deshidratación, malaria, tuberculosis, sida, neumonía, meningitis, y son los niños la población más vulnerable y afectada.

It was December 2014 and we were a group of friends who volunteered at the Parcocanile Vitadacani in Arese. One evening we found ourselves talking about a news that had saddened us very much: a homeless man had died frozen in Milan, in total indifference. From a shared thought, we felt the need to do something also for human beings in difficulty and so we came up with the idea: to prepare vegan meals, hot drinks and bring them to homeless people.
