We are a non-profit NGO funded by donations. We focus on rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing sanctuary for birds. We handle around 2,000 inquiries and release an average of 250 birds annually. Many come from seizures, trafficking, abuse, and abandonment, and we give them a second chance. At GREFA, we rescue, rehabilitate, and release suffering wild animals back into the wild. But what about those whose injuries or other health issues prevent them from returning to their natural habitat? This is the case for 200 animals who are unable to care for themselves and have had to stay with us permanently. They are our irrecoverable animals, whom we care for every day for the rest of their lives. Will you help us ensure their well-being and give them a dignified life?
