At GREFA, we rescue, rehabilitate, and release suffering wild animals back into the wild. But what about those whose injuries prevent them from returning to their natural habitat? This is the case for 200 animals who are unable to care for themselves. They are our irrecoverable animals, whom we care for every day for the rest of their lives. Will you help us ensure their well-being and give them a dignified life?
Large eagles, vultures, nocturnal birds of prey, tortoises and steppe birds are some of our illustrious, irrecoverable residents. We must guarantee them all basic necessities for any living being, such as food, cleanliness, and veterinary care. Two hundred lives that were once shattered and now depend on us to survive in the best possible conditions.
