We want to face a new era of development and projects within Assistance and Therapy with animals. We believe it is essential to continue growing and renewing Challenges. One of our new goals for this year that begins is to finish the construction of our Specialized Integral Center (CIE) in which to apply therapies. This project has a double purpose: to improve the animal and animal welfare, through the promotion of assistance and therapy dogs.

Ya está en marcha la construcción de la biblioteca de El Aaiún. Para que podamos pagar esta nueva construcción y para que podamos ponerla a funcionar contratando a dos bibliotecarios, necesitamos recaudar fondos. Ainara nació el 21 de noviembre de 2015, a las 10:03h. Pesó 1,030kg. Estuvo a punto de morir 2 veces y tuvo que pasar sus primeros 5 meses de vida en el hospital. Ainara tiene atrofia cerebral, epilepsia, hipotiroidismo, hipotonia (falta de tono muscular), su cuerpo no fabrica cortisol ni hormona del crecimiento y padece un retraso psicomotor severo. Ainara realiza fisioterapia en casa para intentar que consiga llegar lo más lejos posible pero necesita tu ayuda para continuar. ¿La ayudas?

Es bietet allen Einwohnern der Region erschwingliche Gesundheitsversorgung und nimmt selbst die ärmsten Menschen aus entlegenen Gebieten auf. Die Bevölkerung leidet unter schwerer Unterernährung, Dehydration, Malaria, Tuberkulose, AIDS, Lungenentzündung, Meningitis usw. Und Kinder sind am stärksten gefährdet und am häufigsten betroffen.

Soy Xana, tengo 14 años, y soy maravillosa, pero como todo no puede ser perfecto, tengo Parálisis cerebral, y llevo una traqueotomía para respirar, y una válvula para la hidrocefalia. Carolina, Daniel y Hugo son tres hermanos diagnosticados de Ataxia de Friedreich hace 5 años. Es una enfermedad neurodegenerativa, sin cura, que ataca al sistema nervioso, provocando debilidad muscular, faltas de coordinación y de equilibrio, diabetes, cardiopatía, disartria, disfagia y todo ello irá en aumento puesto que actúa de manera progresiva,hasta convertirlos en grandes dependientes. Razón por la cual debemos cubrir sus terapias y apoyar los proyectos de investigación. Nos ayudas?

I'm Martin, they call me Tintin, I'm 4 years old. I was born with some malformations and one of them was a cleft lip, for which they operated on me when I was 3 months old. They had given my parents full assurance that it would be a simple operation, but something went wrong and I ended up in the Ucip with mechanical ventilation and deep sedation, and one day, they accidentally extubate me and I went into cardiorespiratory arrest for 15 min, and because of that accident I have cerebral palsy.

Jorge sufrió una transfusión feto-fetal de su hermano gemelo Cristian a las 36 semanas de embarazo, lo que le produjo una anemia severa. Cristian no tuvo tanta suerte y murió. Tras 17 días en la UCI, parecía que Jorge iba evolucionando bien, pero con el tiempo le diagnosticaron una parálisis cerebral. Desde entonces le hemos estado ayudando con muchas terapias y aparatos ortopédicos. Tenemos un sueño: que pueda andar. ¿Nos ayudas a hacerlo posible con 1€/mes?

Alba is an inteligent funny and amusing girl. Although we well could say “was”, as a terrible tragic accident happened on fateful march 21st 2016. A relative, who was in a shock due to an epileptic attack, let Alba fall from a third floor. Alba saved her life, but a strong brain damage remains on her. Now, we have a long neurorehabilitation process left ahead to see how much she can recover and become herself again a bit. Help us!
