Our group saves the mistreated and abandonned animals mostly in Granada in Spain. The group has been run for many years by Maria Gloria Salinas-Picon. All dogs that we take on as a group are taken first to the vet and treated irrespective of costs. For those who cannot go to a foster residency is paid which is 90E each month. All dogs will have a full health check, micro-chips and vaccinations as well as a passport. Pictures and videos are published on the FaceBook page of the group.

The Pegasus Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue, care and rehoming of equines in need, most of which are destined for Italian abattoirs. We rely entirely on donations so that we can provide the best lives and chances for the horses, ponies and donkeys in our care. Your compassion and generosity will make a desperately needed difference and help us rescue more equines from suffering and neglect. Based in rural Normandy, the Sanctuary is a registered French charity, Association Loi de 1901.

The aim of the association is to work for the conversion of the rejected horses so that the slaughter is never again their ultimate and sad fate. Together, we can do it... In the short term, we estimate that 1,000 teamers would allow us to save 1 horse each month. If each person who likes this cause donates €1 a month, we will begin a work of awareness but also of promotion, rehabilitation and conversion of the rejected horses of an unprecedented scale. We’ll save those horses.

We do everything we can to save abused, abandoned or street animals. But all this is expensive, veterinarians, care, treatments, hospitalizations, special diets. That’s why we need your help, so that we can continue to fight for all these helpless animals. Thank you all!

In our hospice, we take care of those nearing the end of their life, with dignity, kindness and respect.
