Operation Great Escape or Saving the Forgotten. Is run entirely by volunteers, with dogs, cats and other animals at Andrea Johnson's home or in local foster homes, or occasionally in paid residence. Andrea is helped by her children. Every animal saved makes a difference. Our first dogs saved were from perreras (pounds) in Northern Spain, since then we have taken on injured street dogs, dogs whose owners have died, and abandoned dogs. We are based in Alhaurin el Torre, Malaga.

Este grupo se crea para colabora con un segundo euro con la Asociación Protectora de Animales Galgos del Sur, ubicada en Córdoba, y cuyo objetivo principal es el rescate de galgos abandonados y maltratados en la zona sur de España. La Asociación Galgos del Sur recupera a estos animales y les busca un hogar donde estos puedan ser felices. La contribución a este grupo es para ayudar con los gastos de construcción y de mantenimiento de nuestro refugio para galgos situado en VIllafranca de Córdoba.

Son muchos los animales mayores y ancianos que tenemos en la protectora, estas criaturas permanecerán hasta el fin de sus días con nosotras, tienen problemas de huesos ( movilidad) de visión, alimentaria, otitis y dermatitis crónicas, tienen mucha medicación y cuidados especiales, alguno de ellos usan pañales para dormir. Analíticas constante. Son muchos gastos, esta ayuda va para ellos, para mantener su salud y así garantizar su calidad de vida el tiempo que estén con nosotras. Gracias!!!

ADELA, muchos la conocéis y quizá otros habéis oído hablar de ella. Tiene 75 años, lleva 45 alimentando varias colonias de gatos en Valencia, jamás ha fallado un solo día. A parte de los gatos de las colonias de la calle, tiene 21 más en su casa. Sobrevive con una pequeña pensión que apenas le llega para ella pero los gatos son su prioridad. Hace tiempo que su situación era mala... ahora es DESESPERADA. Muchisimas gracias por colaborar!!

Abril is a 9-year-old girl diagnosed with SPG52, with only 55 diagnoses in the world. SPG52 is an ultra-rare disease that causes very serious symptoms such as severe intellectual disability, epileptic seizures and very rapid muscle degradation in the lower body. Abril started walking when she was 3 years old and now at 9 she can hardly move anymore.
