La Casa Ronald McDonald de Valencia ofrece alojamiento gratuito a aquellas familias que se tienen que desplazar lejos de su residencia habitual por una enfermedad grave de su hijo/a. En la Casa pueden alojarse hasta 16 familias y cada familia dispone de su propia habitación con baño privado y una serie de zonas comunes.
