El Refugio San Jorge en Cáceres es la antigua perrera municipal que desde el día 1 de enero del 2012 está gestionada por la asociacion protectora Proyecto Animalista Por La Vida, nuestro objetivo principal es luchar contra el abandono, nos encargamos de la recogida de animales abandonados, de ofrecerles los mejores cuidados posibles y de encontrarles un hogar, muchos son adoptados en Italia ya que esta asociación nace en Italia.

The objective of this group is to raise funds and contribute to improving the lives of cats as much as possible, feed them, sterilize them, take them to the vet. We are the Felina Protective Association of Cáceres, this group is to help Ginger (Garfield). He was rescued from the street, he needs a piece of his left leg, we do not know how he could lose it, that does not stop him from living a normal life, we have to take him to the vet to do tests and assess whether he can get a prosthesis. Agrupación ciudadana abierta a todas aquellas personas simpatizantes, voluntarias, alimentadoras, implicadas o interesadas en el cuidado, bienestar y protección del felino. Además, velamos por el buen funcionamiento del Proyecto C.E.R., aprobado hace años por el Ayuntamiento de Mérida, por que se cumplan y establezcan protocolos de actuación y nuevas normativas en su beneficio, y por la creación de un refugio felino, tan necesario en nuestro término municipal. ¡Ayuda a los gatos, te necesitan!
