Lamis Said, the angel of the street cats, lives in Cairo. She lives in very modest circumstances with 30 cats in a much too small apartment, but she cannot look away. AlmaGea è un progetto iniziato di recente, che da un lato si dedica alla protezione dell'ambiente e all'autoproduzione, e dall'altro offre una casa antispecista agli animali in difficoltà. Non vogliamo solo dare una rifugio permanente a cani e gatti, ma anche ad animali da allevamento che hanno problemi o che vengono salvati dal macello. Abbiamo acquistato una proprietà di 2,5ha in Sicilia per avere spazio per gli animali, e finora abbiamo aiutato cani e gatti. Aiutateci a fare la differenza!

Felina Sicily e.V. è un'associazione no-profit che aiuta i gatti randagi siciliani e tedesco sterilizzandoli. Poiché i gatti sono tantissimi e i randagi che possono essere collocati sono pochi, ci concentriamo sulla limitazione della sofferenza attraverso il controllo delle nascite. Questo aiuta i gatti ad invecchiare e a mantenersi in salute. Tuttavia, le colonie di gatti non crescono più. Le azioni sono accompagnate da misure educative per la popolazione.
