Every year, 7,000 birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians (almost twenty animals per day on average) are admitted to GREFA's Wildlife Hospital in Majadahonda (Madrid), to be treated for a wide range of injuries or pathologies. The priority of our veterinarians and wildlife rehabilitators, assisted by GREFA's volunteers, is to return these animals to their natural habitat once they have reached ideal conditions for life in the wild. Close to Liberia's capital Monrovia, Martha Dewellie, a 54 years old Liberian teacher, has founded this home for Orphans over 30 years ago. Nowadays 19 babies, children, teenagers and young adults are living together as a family. The Orphanage consists only of a common room, a bedroom for boys, one for girls and latrines. There's no access to electricity or running water and they struggle for food and clothes. Recently a basic school was built, which still misses teaching material, chairs..

Our objective is to get 500 solar lamps that allow mothers, children and girls in the ten villages of Guinea Bissau in which we work to study at nightfall. Battery-powered lanterns are currently used, but they cause serious pollution problems in villages, farming areas and in water. It is estimated that a common battery contaminates more than 3,000 liters of water. Solar lamps are a sustainable alternative and allow families to have light for 8 hours.

Water is life! In Malawi, Africa, many villagers lack access to this essential resource. Women and children must walk kilometers daily to find water. My project aims to bring water to remote villages in Malawi, one of the world's poorest countries, where people live on less than a dollar a day. Building a well brings life and hope. Since 2015, I've built 119 wells that serve over 67,000 people in Malawian villages. Every €1 donation counts!

In the village of Boayase (Ghana), there is no access to clean water at all, and the entire community relies on a river some 350 metres from the village as the only source of water. The water is contaminated with parasites, and villagers often contract water-borne diseases, such as typhoid. With your help!!! we will build in a Phase I, an electric pump as part of the infrastructure project of the Educational and Sanitary Complex Infrastructure project that Ong Bonwe is building there.

OCULARIS trains eye health professionals in sub-Saharan Africa. Worldwide, 253 million people suffer from blindness or low vision, and 80% of cases could have been avoided. Spain has 100 ophthalmologists per million inhabitants, Senegal 4, and Mozambique only 1/million inhabitants. This lack of medical care generates blindness and serious vision problems that condition access to education and the future of millions of children. Give us a hand to change this !

www.miradasalmundo.org We are volunteers who work in the most disadvantaged rural areas of Africa, where we face vital problems such as malnutrition, not having access to water, not having any type of medical assistance, lacking schools, no light, no latrines, no possibility of a small agriculture as there is no water and all this causes the population to be in a circle of extreme poverty where any help changes their reality. YOUR HELP IS A TREASURE FOR THEM, WE COUNT ON YOU.

We manufacture prostheses for people who are amputees or who have been born without an arm. We have delivered hundreds of them in Spain. Mexico, Colombia, Kenya, Thailand and more than 50 other countries free of charge for people with disabilities who could never access this type of aid. Giving them this oportunity would improve their quality of life, increase their employability and, in the case of children in many countries, would allow them to go to school. HELPING IS TOO EASY NOT TO DO IT.
