Teaming funds will be used for this month Travel costs of some old dogs. They finally could make their journey to Germany, but it comes at a cost. Teaming contribution will help give them a loving home.

So we dewormed and deflead all +700 dogs for the first time this year. Unfortunately, time flies and we already need to deworm again.. - but for this month, the support will be used for Medical bills for check up of old dogs in the shelter. As many old dogs are having teeth problem and it is important they get a health check up, we cannot check all old dogs, but we will try our best.

Spring is here and so are ticks and fleas Our hundreds of dogs are free running, so fleas/ticks spreads very quickly causing diseases (eg Lyme), poor conditions (eg anemia) and injury due to scratching the painfully itching fur. The next 3 months are critical to prevent tick/flea contamination: we need to ACT URGENTLY!

while snow falls the doghouses were unloaded, now making the puzzle of bringing them all inside the night kennels.

Boy oh boy, we are 53 teamers !!! and so happy about this ! what can we do with 53€/month ? we can nearly prepare 1 dog to travel, pay his titercost. Or, we can nearly buy 1 insulated doghouse for this winter. As not all the dogs have a doghouse yet. So, this will have priority now, 1 doghouse. And probably there will be 2 dogs sleeping in this 1 house. So this makes a difference for these dogs. Thank you teamers !!!!

Hello Teamers !! wow, 46 people donating 1€/month ! thank you !! - just wired 74€ to the project cause to collect funds for a much needed shelter car. So that the sick dogs can get to the veterinarian, the dogs can get their food, Milena can get her food and water, because she cannot leave the dogs, she is there 24 hours per day. Everyone and each dog depends on this transport. The roads are horrible but the hope is great. Thank you all so much !!!

Sooo lucky that deworming and anti-flea tablets have a good flavour nowadays.. Makes it all much easier to give to the dogs. They love it !

So, on 2nd July we were able to send 34€ to the budget for construction works in the puppy area. For those who knows us since years also know that the homeless man who takes care of older dogs from the shelter needs to move. So we will build some small accommodation in an old container and build some doghouses for the old dogs so they can also find a home in the puppy area. Pictures to follow. In the meantime first round of vaccinations will be done next week.
