Luckily Athina escaped from the fires herself,but she fostered some of the kittens found in those areas. Some sadly didn't make it, others are still recovering from the burned parts/paws and their respiratory problems.
Last weekend there was a neutering program again and many kittens were helped. No more unwanted kittens anymore for them.
Thanks to your donations, we could help some more and having the number of strays down. Please forward our news to friends and family so they are willing to join. <3

We are slowly growing, hoping you all share with your friends.
Now during Covid time the kittens of Greece have even a much more harder time, as well as their fosters. Every penny is so welcome, when you want, extra donations can always be made at paypal or to our bankaccount. Thank you all so much. Have a lovely december month and happy holidays.

Vertel jullie vrienden over teaming en dat het niet zo lastig is, 1 keer invullen en de rest gaat vanzelf. Met € 30,= per maand kunnen we 1 katje laten steriliseren, dus je snapt dat ik het aantal hier wat omhoog wil zien te krijgen. ;-)

Little Sevin needs your help!
Sevin is a 10-month-old kitten that was found in the streets of Athens. He was limping and approaching people for cuddles. We took him to the vet where an X-ray revealed an older fracture from an accident.
Surgery is needed and scheduled on 19th March in order to prevent early arthritis.
Cost: 250 Euros, adding up to the other surgeries of Pier and Nemo.
On top of that his left eye is watery due to an injury. Once his hip has recovered, he will possibly need eye surgery as well.
So young and life has already been so hard for him.
Sevin is such a sweet and adorable boy. He deserves a happy and joyful future without any pain.

Slowly growing, but happy to announce the first payment is used for the neuterings. We also have another event, donate 1 ♥️ for a cat, to be found on the facebook page. To give the not adopted kittens a great Valentine, if you want to join, you're so welcome.

For the moment we foster more than 50 kittens and several adult cats who need eye surgery. This costs a lot of money. Any financial support is more than welcome.

Happy to hear that slowly people find their way to ASK. The money is so very welcome. When reaching € 30,= 1 kitten can be neutered, did you all know this?

A lot of our time and financial means are spent on a TNR-program. During our last action 11 stray cats were neutered.

I hope a lot will join as Athens Stray Kittens-ASK does a heck of a job..Neuterings come first for sure. And this in between their regular jobs. I am happy to join this group
