We are a small group working for the well-being of feral/abandoned cats in Valencia. Using the TNR approach, we began 5 years ago with our neighbourhood colony of some 20 cats; many of whom you can see in the updates. Control of our own colony's population means that we are now able to help other street cats: trapping /sterilising, seeking fostering / adoption where possible, treating sick animals, relocating others to controlled locations where they can be safe. Trabajamos a dos niveles para ayudar a los gatos callejeros. - Aplicamos el método CES (captura, esterilización y suelta) - A aquéllos que por su carácter, situación vital o aptitudes pueden ser adoptados les buscamos un hogar definitivo adecuado, responsable y seguro. - Y tanto a unos como otros les proporcionamos asistencia veterinaria, alojamiento temporal y alimento. En ausencia de medidas amplias y eficaces por parte de las Administración, los gatos callejeros solo reciben la ayuda de grupos como nosotros para alcanzar una vida digna con un mínimo de bienestar.
