La Protectora d’Animals de Tàrrega es va fundar el 1996 i és una associació sense ànim de lucre, gestionada per voluntàries. A la prote ens ocupem dels gossos i gosses abandonats i perduts de l’Urgell, i actualment tenim una vuitantena de refugiats. El nostre propòsit és ser un lloc de pas (tristament necessari) on salvar, protegir, estimar, dignificar i aconseguir famílies adoptives per a qui han tractat amb menyspreu. Ens esforcem per recuperar somriures perduts i recomposar ànimes trencades.

With over twenty years of experience, we work to make room for laughter and humor during the illness process, thus transforming hospitals into more welcoming and vibrant spaces. Thanks to your help, with humor, we can unlock fears and distress, improving the experience of illness and contributing to the emotional well-being of patients.

The SJD Pediatric Center is the first monographic centre for paediatric oncology in Spain (2nd in Europe). 70% of the centre is devoted to care and 30% to research. It has the capacity to care for 400 children and youngsters. Its spaces are designed with the emotional well-being of the children and their families in mind. Our aim is that the children have more options to overcome cancer with less after-effects. Your euro helps to carry out the humanisation programmes and new treatments. Will you join us?

Asociación sin ánimo de lucro cuyo objetivo es la gestión y control de gatos ferales en la ciudad de Tàrrega (Lleida) mediante el Método CES (captura-estirilización-suelta). Intentamos mejorar la calidad de vida de las colonias urbanas y retirar de las mismas a gatos domésticos, enfermos y cachorros para buscar adopciones responsables. No disponemos de ningún tipo de subvención, las colonias son muy numerosas y sus miembros se hallan en muy mal estado. ¿Nos ayudas a ayudarles?

Al Sur de Etiopía, en una región rural y con muy pocos recursos económicos, se encuentra el Hospital de Gambo, hospital misionero que ofrece asistencia sanitaria a todos los habitantes de la región e incluso recibe a las personas más pobres de zonas alejadas al tratarse de uno de los hospitales más baratos del país. La población padece desnutrición severa, deshidratación, malaria, tuberculosis, sida, neumonía, meningitis, y son los niños la población más vulnerable y afectada.
