Accudisco ogni giorno, da sola, più di 20 cani e 15 gatti recuperati per strada. Cerco per loro adozioni (solo casalinghe) come membri della famiglia! Lavoro ma non sempre riesco a mantenere tutti, ho anche una raccolta fondi su gofundme, le donazioni sono saltuarie! Ho un veterinario comprensivo che ama gli animali e che posso pagare “a rate”! I cani ed i gatti che accudisco sono distribuiti tra casa mia, un piccolo rifugio e la strada (quelli che non posso recuperare)! Aiutatemi a continuare!

Ohana means family in the hawaian language. Our family includes 150 (human and non-human) animals. Everyone has his/her story of liberation, own name and personality Ohana was funded in 2016 in Empoli (Tuscany) when Letizia and Luigi sold all their belongings to buy a land and give shelter to animals saved from explotation and slaughterhouse. Oasi Ohana is a shelter for abandoned dogs or those who have spent their lives as strays, and is located in Santa Margherita di Belice, in the province of Agrigento. Ohana means family. Family means that no one is abandoned. Or forgotten. It was founded almost 10 years ago by Chiara Calasanzio, now 30, who transformed her family's country house into a real sanctuary for dogs. Today it houses 70 dogs.

We are an association that daily cares for more than 80 stray cats located in two colonies in Bagnoli (Naples) and Pozzuoli. We feed them, sterilize them, and provide them with veterinary care when needed. Additionally, we rescue kittens from the area, care for them, take them to the vet for treatment, and seek adoption. We ask for a little support from all animal and cat lovers, as we can no longer provide everything they need on our own
