Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

Savethedogsbih is a non-profit organization in Bosnia. We rescue dogs that have been abandoned, abused and chained up. For over 6 years, the founder Bruno Jelovic and his team have been caring for over 1000 dogs. Our dogs are not kept in kennels, but live on our ranches where they can just be dogs. We are committed to growing and plan to build more ranches to accommodate more dogs.

Allí, somos testigos de niveles extremos de desnutrición aguda, el ejemplo más grave hasta la fecha de la crisis nutricional que azota Sudán desde el inicio de la guerra.

En "El Valle Encantado" ofrecemos refugio a animales rescatados de granjas, caza o abandono. Muchos tienen discapacidades físicas, marcas de un pasado difícil. Wir, die PAWS of LOVE Familie, können nicht die Welt retten, aber wir können GEMEINSAM die Welt für viele Fellnasen retten Wir versorgen täglich über 200 Fellnasen in unserem Shelter in Insuratej (RO) und sind fast täglich auf Rettungseinsätzen, planen und organisieren kostenlose Kastrationskampagnen. The animal welfare organisation Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. looks after around 1,500 dogs and cats in the northern Romanian cities of Bistrita, Baia Mare, Zalau, Fantanele, Busag and Cluj. Our vision is a Romania free of animal suffering and our mission is to create livable conditions for dogs and cats and to advocate for their needs. Our core tasks are - Improve conditions on the ground - animal rescue - spay & neuter - Empathy and education

SpecialDogs e.V. stands for sustainable animal welfare at home and abroad – with a focus on Romania and Germany. In Romania, we pursue effective animal welfare through spay/neuter programs, education, political advocacy, and carefully selected adoptions. In Germany, we run the “New Start” project: here we take in dogs in need that would otherwise have no chance – animals that have already bitten or are facing euthanasia.

!Tierschutz ist Charaktersache! Wir leben den Tierschutz und kümmern uns um verlassene Hunde in Bosnien und Kroatien.. Wir fahren etwa alle 3 Wochen selber nach Bosnien und Kroatien und bringen Futter und Sachspenden zu den Tieren die unsere Hilfe so sehr brauchen.. Etwa 300 Hunde versorgen wir alleine in Bosnien.. Es müssen Pflegestellen gefunden und bezahlt werden..Die Hunde müssen tierärztlich versorgt und je nach Alter kastriert werden.. Wir sind über jede Unterstützung dankbar..
