Fundacion Carpio-Perez is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organisation that has been working in Tanzania since 2009, carrying out income-generating, health and education projects so that disadvantaged groups of Maasai widows and their children can escape from extreme poverty. Our projects are located in the Northern Arusha region, with projects already completed in the villages of Arkaria, Lendikinya and Eluwai, and currently focusing on the village of Lepurko.

Recursos Educatius per la Infància en Risc (REIR) es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que gestiona diferentes proyectos con infancia en riesgo de exclusión social, sobretodo en Cataluña. Intenta dar una respuesta integral, de protección, con proyectos como centros de acogida, y de prevención como el Servicio Integral al Menor, desde dinde se financian becas escolares para menores en riesgo de exclusión. Actualmente tenemos una Beca Teaming y el próximo curso ampliaremos a dos dichas becas.

El Síndrome de Hunter es una enfermedad rara, genética, degenerativa, multisistémica y totalmente incapacitante, que actualmente no tiene cura. No obstante, existen estudios sobre tratamientos basados en terapia génica con resultados esperanzadores, que supondrían la cura.
