La Protectora d’Animals de Tàrrega es va fundar el 1996 i és una associació sense ànim de lucre, gestionada per voluntàries. A la prote ens ocupem dels gossos i gosses abandonats i perduts de l’Urgell, i actualment tenim una vuitantena de refugiats. El nostre propòsit és ser un lloc de pas (tristament necessari) on salvar, protegir, estimar, dignificar i aconseguir famílies adoptives per a qui han tractat amb menyspreu. Ens esforcem per recuperar somriures perduts i recomposar ànimes trencades.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of cats in Tàrrega (Lleida). We manage the municipal cat shelter and work to improve the lives of stray cats through the TNR (trap-neuter-return) method. We provide shelter and veterinary care to cats with adoption potential. Somos una Asociación sin ánimo de lucro, que se dedica al cuidado de 80 perros y 50 gatos aproximadamente , que han sido abandonados a su suerte. Todos ellos están esperando ser adoptados por una familia que no les vuelva a traicionar. Ellos no tuvieron la culpa de venir a este mundo, en el que la sociedad está construida de manera en la que se ven indefensos. Los gastos de veterinario, alquiler, alimentación, son muy elevados. Salvando Huellas Huesca es una asociación fundada recientemente para poder ayudar a los animales de Huesca y alrededores, para luchar por ellos, por sus derechos y sobre todo para ayudar y proteger a los gatos en colonias. Nos gustaría poder atender heridos, enfermos y esterilizar gatos de colonias de Huesca y de pueblos de alrededor que no ayuda nadie a sus alimentadoras a luchar por esos pequeños callejeros en los que muy pocos se fijan. APAN is an animal shelter, located near Barcelona. Necesitan comida, medicamentos, analíticas, test leucemia/inmunodeficiencia, desparasitaciones, intervenciones... En cada gato hay que gastar una media de 200€ al salir de esa casa.
