Every year, more than three million children under the age of five die from malnutrition or malnutrition-related causes worldwide. Our main challenge is to treat as many children with severe acute malnutrition as possible, particularly in unstable or conflict-affected contexts. Maisha Roots is an NGO that combines the efforts of two entities, a Spanish one (Maisha Roots Spain) and a Tanzanian one (FYWCO), with the common goal of fostering development in Tanzania. Its origins are found in the local decision of establishing a prosperous community to achieve the development of the community where we work. In Arusha, Tanzania, the projects are developed and from Spain we are working to achieve the dissemination network and media that ensure us the pursuit of our objective.

Una iniciativa educativa i artística per la inclusió social. Xamfrà és un projecte social i educatiu que fa ús de la música i les arts escèniques per afavorir la convivència i la inclusió social a la comunitat. Treballem per a la inclusió de persones en situació de vulnerabilitat i risc d'exclusió social. Actualment, 300 infants i joves de 24 països diferents participen en les nostres activitats.
