We discovered that in the Vilafranca shelter some dogs are residing there since many years. It is our goal to get these dogs away from the shelter: stop their suffering, stop their exposure to the stress of the shelter and stop the lack of love and attention they had to deal with for more than 8 years now. The funds will be paid to the residence that takes care of the dogs while waiting for their family. The funds will be transferred by association La Moja

La Protectora APASA nace en 1996 como una organización sin ánimo de lucro. Desde su creación, el objetivo de la Protectora APASA ha sido cuidar de perros y gatos maltratados o abandonados hasta que encuentren el hogar adecuado y definitivo que les proporcione amor, respeto y cuidados. Sin la generosidad de personas como tú, simplemente no existiríamos. Here's our little help for the dogs in the shelter of Protectora de Lugo in Galicia (Spain). This group is lead by me (Lucia) and Susana, and the money will always go towards helping the dogs from our shelter so they can travel abroad. For example by paying their trip so they can go into foster or covering bills from Pet residences/boarding kennels if we can't find a foster home for them and they have been attacked. Actualmente tenemos una enorme cantidad de animales que necesitan hogar, por lo que trabajamos con casas de acogida, que mantienen a estos animales durante pequeños periodos de tiempo hasta que les encontramos una familia. A día de hoy nuestro espacio es insuficiente para cubrir la alta demanda de abandono, Nos hemos puesto manos a la obra y estamos construyendo un refugio para los perrines,

La casa de Menta nace de una particular que comienza haciendo acogidas y queriendo colaborar con los perritos abandonados, siendo incapaz de mirar a otro lado, realizando rescates particularmente y colaborando con otras asociaciones. Menta es mi perrita. Colaborando con tan sólo 1€ al mes entre muchos podemos conseguir grandes cosas, pienso, veterinarios, desparasitaciones, pipetas........
