Association, Bufidos de Amor. It is based on the idea of raising awareness of the need and obligation that town councils have to apply the CER or CES method. In their food and veterinary care, for a good quality of life and colony, management for the cats that live on our streets. We as an association will do everything possible to ensure that this is fulfilled. In the meantime, we will continue to attend to their needs.
