Oasi Ohana is a shelter for abandoned dogs or those who have spent their lives as strays, and is located in Santa Margherita di Belice, in the province of Agrigento. Ohana means family. Family means that no one is abandoned. Or forgotten. It was founded almost 10 years ago by Chiara Calasanzio, now 30, who transformed her family's country house into a real sanctuary for dogs. Today it houses 70 dogs.

We are a free animal shelter where around 80 animals removed from the production chain live. At the La Capra Campa farm goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks, quails, pigs, donkeys, cattle, dogs and cats live free. They are our travel companions! Ho un rifugio tutto mio, e i cani presenti in struttura sono circa 100.
