Mirela Mistodinis is a Romanian Dog rescuer and has 160 stray dogs in her care. Mirela runs a registered NGO with headquarter in a small village named Bizighesti in the County Vrancea. HoPE (Homeless Paws Endeavour e.V.) was founded in 2016 and is dedicated in particular to animal welfare abroad in Romania. We currently have around 100 dogs in our care. This incurs monthly fixed costs of over €4,000. Every single euro helps us to care for them.
