Salvando Peludos | Animal Sanctuary

At Santuario Salvando Peludos, we give a second chance to animals often mislabeled as “farm animals,” who have been victims of the meat, dairy, hunting, or entertainment industries. Here, they find a safe haven filled with love and care. We work to change the perception of these animals, defending the lives of all sentient beings. We promote antiespeciesist ideas, advocate for a vegan lifestyle, and ensure their well-being. Because the value of a life does not depend on its species.

En Salvando Peludos | Santuario, we give a second chance to animals wrongly called "farm animals." Here, those who have been victims of the meat and dairy industries, hunting, entertainment or human cruelty find a safe home, full of love and care. Cows, goats, sheep, pigs, wild boars, hens, pigeons, tortoises and more live free at our sanctuary. Each resident is unique and carries their own story with them. From hens rescued from the poultry industry, roosters from religious rituals, horses discarded for being unfit for dressage, to sheep who escaped slaughter, or a wild boar who now enjoys love, fruit and acorns.
