Amigos del proyecto quirúrgico "Cirugía en Turkana". Al Norte de Kenia, a orillas del lago Turkana, encontramos una de las zonas más pobres del planeta. La escasez de recursos y las duras condiciones de vida, convierten esta región en una de las más desfavorecidas del continente africano. Por eso, hace ya 11 años, elegimos este destino para desarrollar nuestro proyecto quirúrgico solidario - Cirugía en Turkana - cuyo principal objetivo es dar asistencia quirúrgica a su población.

Yemen is living a brutal humanitarian emergency. The girls are married off in hopes that they will be fed. The boys are recruited as soldiers. Their lives are hell: rapes, pregnancies, violence. Nearly 12 years of war in Syria have left a country devastated, and worse, millions of lives destroyed. But now a devastating earthquake of magnitude 7.6 hits the northwest of the country and the southeast of Turkey on February 6, leaving more than 4,000 lives in both countries. From the Islamic Relief Foundation we are on the ground providing cash grants so that those most affected can meet their immediate needs.
