Tierschutzbrücke München e.V. supports the Casa Cainelui animal shelter in the city of Timisoara in Romania. Approx. 300 dogs have to be constantly looked after there. In the animal shelter, however, they are already safe from the urban dog catchers and the killing stations. The regular castration projects on site also require a lot of commitment. Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

Daniela Knezevic and Nadine Bartel lead the Kitten Safe House. They usually take on injured street cats, kitten thrown into the trash or abandoned cats. Try to look after them well and give them in good hands. They also look after feeding sites and catches the cats for castration. There are at least 60 cats in her house, all of whom need food, medicines, cat litter and medical care. This all costs money, you can help us to support Daniela and her crew!

The "Pferdegnadenhof Edelweiss" is a small sanctuary which is looked after by a handful of active members who are 100% volunteers. A total of 120 animals…. Horses, ponies, donkeys, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs, deported, abused or saved from slaughter, spend the rest of their lives here in the great outdoors. The farm is financed purely from donations and without any support from the public sector.

Hilfe für Italiens Streuner, ein Projekt des deutschen Tierschutzvereines Leben für Streuner e.V., hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, Streunern in Italien zu helfen. Wir unterstützen Tierschützer vor Ort um die aufgenommenen Notfälle mit Futter zu versorgen, ihnen die nötige medizinische Versorgung zu gewährleisten und Lebenssituationen zu verbessern. Wir sind ebenso stets bemüht, mit Durchführung von Kastrationen von Straßen- und Besitzertieren das Leid zusätzlicher Streuner einzudämmen.

Mi Mascota ist eine staatlich anerkannte Stiftung, die sich um Tierrettungen, Kastrationen, Aufklärung über das Tierschutzgesetz und dessen Umsetzung kümmert und eine Auffangstation mit ca.250 Tieren unterhält. Sie agiert überwiegend in Santo Domingo, bzw. in der Dominikanischen Republik. Um diese Stiftung finanziell zu unterstützen, wird diese Gruppe gegründet

Since 2009, Hundehilfe Ungarn has been committed to animal welfare and provides help for self-help at home and abroad. We do not leave passionate animal welfare activists alone with their animals and see ourselves as responsible for them. With actions, relief trips, construction measures, events, current reporting and mediation work we provide valuable support in the needy institutions abroad.

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed. This is a sanctuary to help abused & abandoned horses and other species. Live 64 equines and other animals in the sanctuary. The approximate cost per horse per month is 120 euros if they are in good health; if there are not, the amount can go up to a few hundreds of euros and even thousands. Seit Jahren ist Carmen im Tierschutz tätig. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Ursachenbekämpfung der miserablen Situation der Tiere in Spanien. Immer mehr kam sie zu der Überzeugung, dass es nicht ausreicht, sich vom Ausland aus zu engagieren. So packte sie Anfang 2014 ihr gesamtes Hab & Gut und wanderte nach Sevilla, Spanien aus, um vor Ort ein eigenes Tierheim, Asociación Parenas ES, zu eröffnen. Sie arbeitet Tag für Tag mit vollem Einsatz für all die in Not geratenen Tiere.
