The "La Ninna" Hedgehogs Recovery Center is located in Piedmont in Novello, in the province of Cuneo in the Langhe and is a center specialized in curing the European hedgehog, in their preservation in order to reinsert them (when possible) in nature in their habitat. The idea of ​​creating a place to care for and assist the hedgehogs was born following the discovery of an orphaned hog of a few grams "Ninna", taken care of by the veterinarian Massimo Vacchetta.

Per loro, ho cambiato la mia vita, dedicandomi totalmente ad accudirli e trovare delle buone famiglie che li amino per sempre. Ho rilevato un rifugio già esistente che necessita di lavori e ci sono molte spese da affrontare per farsi che i miei angeli vivano bene finchè non avranno la loro famiglia. Siamo una grande famiglia pelosa in Calabria, salviamo dalla strada cani randagi, li mettiamo in pensione, li curiamo e poi cerchiamo loro una famiglia, per fare tutto ciò però abbiamo bisogno di aiuto, da soli non possiamo farcela... Attualmente abbiamo 50 codine da sfamare e mantenere e a cui dovremmo trovare una bella famiglia
