From Aefat, an association that brings together the families of about 40 children and young people affected by ataxia telangiectasia in Spain, we fight to find a cure or treatment for this devastating disease. A countdown. A rare, neurodegenerative, multisystem disease that causes severe progressive physical disability and an increased likelihood of cancer. We finance several research projects.
