This group supports Stefan and Jutta, a German expat couple, in their work with the street animals in Porto Heli/Greece. They look after, care for and treat almost 50 straydogs every day. About 30 dogs live together with them on their property, the Ark. Wir helfen notleidenden Tieren , überwiegend aus Spanien. Akutell werden die Hilfsprojekte Protectora Amalos,Proyecto Canada und Refugio Esperanza unterstützt, damit dort den Tierschützern und ihren Schützlingen gezielt geholfen werden kann. Wir vermitteln Hunde aus Spanien in ihr Zuhause oder bieten Pflegestellen. Wir sammeln Spenden, um kranke und verletzte Tiere tierärztlich behandeln zu lassen und um mit Futter unsere Partnertierheime zu unterstützen.

We are a group of women with experience in animal rescue,we work in various industries but have joined forces in a non-profit animal rescue mission in Mureș, Romania. Our aim is to help cats and dogs in critical situations, providing free neutering and spaying and find them homes.We hope to build a sanctuary for elderly dogs who will never be adopted or who have physical impairments.Thank you! Hilfe für Italiens Streuner, ein Projekt des deutschen Tierschutzvereines Leben für Streuner e.V., hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, Streunern in Italien zu helfen. Wir unterstützen Tierschützer vor Ort um die aufgenommenen Notfälle mit Futter zu versorgen, ihnen die nötige medizinische Versorgung zu gewährleisten und Lebenssituationen zu verbessern. Wir sind ebenso stets bemüht, mit Durchführung von Kastrationen von Straßen- und Besitzertieren das Leid zusätzlicher Streuner einzudämmen.

Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.
