AVI Associazione Vegani Italiani è una onlus senza scopo di lucro e sostiene le sue oasi in varie parti di Italia in cui vengono ospitati varie specie di animali salvati da situazioni di maltrattamento, sfruttamento e macellazione. L'associazione vive di donazioni di chi ama gli animali senza specismo. Vitadacani ODV is a voluntary not-for-profit association which works for the protection of animal rights. L'associazione di volontariato Le Chichine ONLUS nasce nel gennaio del 2017 e gestisce l'omonimo rifugio per animali situato in Osimo, provincia di Ancona. Più di centocinquanta animali vivono nel rifugio e tutti, tranne qualche eccezione, sono accomunati da un passato di sofferenza: una volta arrivati a Le Chichine viene garantita loro una vita serena e possono riprendere il possesso della propria, trattati come individui.
