We rescue abandoned, needy dogs and house them in private pensions. They are treated medically. Necessary operations or therapies are performed. We bear the entire costs of medical treatment, pension and food supply. Very traumatized dogs stay with us for a long time until they are ready for adoption. We take great care in looking for loving homes for adoptable dogs.

Wir, der Verein „ein Herz für Hunde“ kämpft gegen die traurige Lage auf der Deponie in Bihac in Bosnien. Hunderte Strassenhunde benötigen dort täglich Futter und Wasser. Neben der täglichen Angst zu verhungern, kommt natürlich auch das ständige Leben in Angst dazu. Da dies in einer Dimension stattfindet, die wir ohne fremde Hilfe nicht stemmen können, benötigen wir immer wieder Menschen mit Herz die uns helfen und spenden möchten.

PAWS WITHOUT A NAME is a non-profit animal welfare organization that helps to alleviate the suffering of nameless street dogs in Bosnia. We arrange for the dogs to be rescued, bring them to safety and take care not only of veterinary care but also regular donations of food. !Tierschutz ist Charaktersache! Wir leben den Tierschutz und kümmern uns um verlassene Hunde in Bosnien und Kroatien.. Wir fahren etwa alle 3 Wochen selber nach Bosnien und Kroatien und bringen Futter und Sachspenden zu den Tieren die unsere Hilfe so sehr brauchen.. Etwa 300 Hunde versorgen wir alleine in Bosnien.. Es müssen Pflegestellen gefunden und bezahlt werden..Die Hunde müssen tierärztlich versorgt und je nach Alter kastriert werden.. Wir sind über jede Unterstützung dankbar..

Rusmira is an animal rescuer in Bosnia, where cats and dogs are frequently cruelly treated and abandoned. She rescues abandoned puppies and kittens from the streets and keeps them safe in pension until they can be adopted across Europe. Rusmira currently looks after over 100 dogs and 120 cats. It costs her over 700 Euros a month just for food and kitty litter. Please help. Your euro will save a life. Thank you.

ONG libanaise (#205/AD) également enregistrée aux USA (501(c)3 #83-2075807) Nous avons actuellement dans notre refuge plus de 1'100 animaux (860 chiens, 230 chats, 2 singes, 3 chevaux, 1 âne, des lapins et tortues. La situation au Liban étant catastrophique nous manquons cruellement de tout et avons désespérément besoin d'aide extérieur afin de pouvoir continuer à nous occuper de nos petits protégés qui ont pour la plupart vécu l'enfer avant que nous les sauvions. Savethedogsbih is a non-profit organization in Bosnia. We rescue dogs that have been abandoned, abused and chained up. For over 6 years, the founder Bruno Jelovic and his team have been caring for over 1000 dogs. Our dogs are not kept in kennels, but live on our ranches where they can just be dogs. We are committed to growing and plan to build more ranches to accommodate more dogs.
