The proceeds from this group go to support medical care needed by Ricard García (Richi), diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 5. Richi is currently 17 years old and lives with a long list of sequelae derived from more than 25 surgeries, radiation, and chemotherapy. El HospiGato está ubicado en la casa de Kiraluna junto a otros gatos rescatados de la calle, pero el HospiGato está aislado, al ser gatines recogidos de la calle, en situaciones límites, ellos necesitan de cuidados especiales y tratamientos específicos al ser positivos y tener su sistema inmunologico deprimido, ellos nunca serán adoptados pues la gente no desea adoptar a gatos enfermos, por eso desde hace tres años existe el HospiGato en mi casa, es un gran esfuerzo económico que vale la pena.

Soy Marco y Tay-Sachs ha marcado mi vida ya que mi hijo Liam la padecía. En España hay, en este momento, 13 niños y niñas afectados por las enfermedades de Tay-Sachs y Sandhoff. ACTAYS recauda fondos para financiar la investigación y gracias a personas como tú hemos logrado que 2 universidades estudien Tay-Sachs y Sandhoff.
