Deze organisatie, meer dan 20 jaar geleden opgericht door een Belgische dame, is gevestigd in Mijas (Zuid-Spanje) en redt honden van dodingstations. Het heeft permanent meer dan 500 honden in zijn 2 refugio's en zoekt fijne adoptiegezinnen voor hen in België en Nederland, na een grondige screening van de kandidaten. For more than 30 years, Scooby has been providing shelter to abandoned and mistreated animals. In the 90's we brought to light the atrocities inflicted on galgos (Spanish greyhounds). At present, we are the biggest shelter in Spain, currently homing more than 1000 dogs and cats and 200 farm animals. Our resources are very limited and we depend mainly on the donations. We are a group of volunteers who help stray dogs in Antalya (Turkey), who live in terrible conditions: they are run over or shot at for fun, chained up, maltreated, starved and hurt. We run a shelter and feeding grounds in Antalya. Dogs that are incapable of surviving on their own are brought to the shelter, given food, the medical care they need and a good home abroad.

The goal of the NGO Barbary Macaque Awareness & Conservation (BMAC) is to protect the Barbary macaque, the only primate found north of the Sahara. Since 2008, the species is classified as Endangered by the IUCNE. // El objetivo de la ONG BMAC es proteger el macaco de Berbería, el único primate, aparte de los humanos, al norte del Sáhara. Esta en grave peligro de extinción.

Melief Animal Sanctuary is opgericht in 2003 door Marc Winters en Lothar Vermeulen. En heeft tot doel om dieren die verwaarloosd, mishandeld of met de dood bedreigd worden, die niet in asiels terecht kunnen, of geen kans maken er ooit nog uit te komen, een permanente plek te bieden. Hier kunnen zij onbekommerd oud worden. De opvang voor de inmiddels 1300 dieren brengt veel kosten met zich mee. Caballos en Peligro España es una fundación sin ánimo de lucro y ofrece refugio a caballos en España que lo necesitan. Piense en los caballos que han sido maltratados, tirados en establos abandonados, liberados en pueblos oa lo largo de la carretera, muertos de hambre y dados por muertos porque el dueño ya no podía pagar su mantenimiento.

Norma's Universum is een dierenopvang in Noordhorn waar Norma Miedema de zorg draagt voor gemiddeld 200 dieren, variërend van vogels, pluimvee, koeien, varkens, paarden, honden, katten, geiten en schapen. Deze dieren zijn verwaarloosd, mishandeld en afgedankt, vaak zijn ze ziek en in sommige gevallen (zwaar) gehandicapt. Norma vangt ze op in liefde en zorgt dat ze niets te kort komen. Le but principal de l'ASBL est LA STÉRILISATION ET LES SOINS AUX CHATS ERRANTS ET/OU ABANDONNÉS. Les chats vraiment errants de naissance sont remis sur site et les abandonnés ou récupérables sont sociabilisés en famille d’accueil pour être ensuite proposés à l’adoption. Poils & Moustaches, c'est près de 300 adoptions et 400 stérilisations par an. Dans le souci d’aider le plus grand nombre, l’ASBL a besoin de la générosité de ses donateurs et membres.

Villa Vagebond is een no-kill kattenasiel in Maaseik, Belgie. Er wordt geen onderscheid gemaakt in leeftijd, ziekte, handicap of schuwheid. Alle katten zijn even belangrijk. Zij leven tot plaatsing in gezellig ingerichte themakamers, waar kooien NIET aanwezig zijn. Villa Vagebond krijgt geen subsidies en moet rondkomen van giften. De dierenartsenkosten zijn de hoogste onkostenpost, daar verzamelen we graag centjes voor.

Villa Vacht is a lifetime sanctuary for paralyzed cats, located in Kerkrade, the Netherlands. Our goal is to provide a paradise for special needs cats, to bring awareness about the risks of free roaming outdoor cats and to spread the word amongst owners & veterinarians that paralyzed cats can have a beautiful life if you are willing to make some efforts. Nuestra misión es dar un nuevo hogar a los animales abandonados que acogemos. Somos una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que tiene por objetivo, acoger perros y gatos abandonados y cuidarlos en nuestro refugio, mientras les encontramos un nuevo hogar, donde vuelvan a sentirse felices.

Zwerfkat in nood ( No-Kill) biedt hulp aan de allerkleinsten zwerfkatten. Tevens is zij een veilige haven voor aangereden en zieke (zwerf)katten. Zij vangt deze diertjes op in tijdelijke opvanggezinnen, een veilige plek waar ze kunnen herstellen, genezen en uitgroeien tot gezonde katjes.En dit allemaal in de gezelligheid van een huiskamer. Daarna worden er baasjes voor hen gezocht. Tot slot vangt zij aids-positieve katten op in Buddy Kat!

AAP Primadomus is the headquarters in Spain of the international 50 years old NGO AAP - Animal Advocacy and Protection. Stichting Zilver bemiddelt katten en honden, voornamelijk uit drie asielen rondom Alicante, Asoka. Naast bemiddeling, proberen we ook zoveel mogelijk op locatie te helpen. Bijvoorbeeld donatie van voer, medische hulpmiddelen en overige zaken om het leven van de dieren in het asiel te veraangenamen.
