For more than 30 years, Scooby has been providing shelter to abandoned and mistreated animals. In the 90's we brought to light the atrocities inflicted on galgos (Spanish greyhounds). At present, we are the biggest shelter in Spain, currently homing more than 1000 dogs and cats and 200 farm animals. Our resources are very limited and we depend mainly on the donations. DoggyLand shelter is a temporary house for the dogs and cats who badly need us. It's a start for new, better lives, toward adoptive, forever families, a place where they receive safety, trust, food and medical care but also cuddles and basic rules of socializing and walking on leash. Moreover, our association provides regularly free spaying for dogs and cats from community. We are in Romania, Techirghiol and we appreciate you joining our team! Edina spends all her time saving animals from the streets in Sarajevo. She is also a volunteer at Praca (horror) shelter where dogs do not get food, medical attention, water, etc. She tries to save as many as possible. In winter Edina feeds the strays at night. Edina has around 130 dogs and 90 cats under her care at pensions and tries to find them good homes. She cannot do this alone, please help her!
