La Fundació Santuari Gaia és un centre vegà de rescat i recuperació d'animals considerats de granja, on aquells que han estat explotats, maltractats o abandonats, reben les cures necessàries per tenir una vida digna per a la resta de les seves vides. I discovered RAWS while vacationing on this beautiful island. The animals are there unfortunately often abused. The staff and volunteers of this shelter do their utmost to collect, care for, sterilize / castrate and make them adopted abroad where a better life expects them. 350 dogs are in this shelter designed for 100. but employees and volunteers are great. The shelter is in constant search of material donations but also of volunteers on site or of "flight companions". Thank you for your help!

Without paying rent 360 Euro of my flat, I have to leave and the animals must back on street. I am an animal rights activist in Athens and currently take care of 150 of my own cats and also a few cat colonies and other strays. I need financial support for food, renting the cat house, vet costs, neutering and much more. Please help me take care of the animals.
