Firefighters Help is an Association of Firefighters of Madrid that, seeing the serious situation that society is going through, seeks to help people and/or entities or associations in need with the strength of the group of firefighters. We are helping families in difficulty with shopping baskets, financing therapies for children with severe illnesses and collaborating in research in several hospitals. www.bomberosayudan.org

As hungry people continue to flee the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in El Fasher, our teams are providing urgent care to those who have managed to reach the town of Tawila. There, we are witnessing extreme levels of acute malnutrition, the most serious example to date of the nutritional crisis that has been ravaging Sudan since the start of the war.

We are more than 1,600 volunteers and although our best known face is suicide intervention, our goal is to care for people in situations of emotional crisis: loneliness, depression, anxiety, life crisis, etc. Free of charge, we offer a 24-hour telephone GUIDANCE SERVICE, 365 days a year and FOLLOW-UP MONITORING with psychologists in those cases that need it. We teach WORKSHOPS about personal development for prevention and emotional education.
